Hey there!

I'm Eva! Between getting my first film camera 18 years ago, shooting with my DSLR for clients for over a decade, photographing live outdoor events, and four separate cookbooks (two of my own and two for clients) ALLLL with natural light, I've learned a thing or two about working with natural light under a *very* wide variety of circumstances. 

I've also taught thousands of students through my online photography courses, hundreds of students  through my in-person workshops, and I am *SO* excited to share these lighting strategies with you in a simple and easy-to-understand way that will quickly equip you with the tools + information to make HUGE leaps forward in your lighting!

On a more personal note, I am a giant plant nerd, an avid bookworm, animal lover, and am working to restore 29 acres of clear cut forest on my homestead in Washington state.
